The lighting sector undergoes enormous changes all around the world these years in order to meet the phasing out of the incandescent and the mercury bulb - this creates new demands but also new possibilities in terms of innovation within the lighting sector.
In order to support these possibilities ELCA support and encourage more international activities for national clusters and members, who will benefit from a more international outlook.
