ForumLED + Fête des Lumière + Rencontres de la Lumière
Lyon: 8-11 December 2011
The Danish Lighting Innovation Network and Cluster Lumière invite to the first ELCA meetings, which will take place during 3 significant lighting events: ForumLED, Fête des Lumières, and the LUCI conference Rencontres de la Lumière.
With the aim to strengthen cooperation and knowledge sharing on a European level, a special ELCA-program has been prepared that includes participation in the conferences, company visits and meetings with the lighting designers and curators of Fête des Lumières.

| Fête des Lumières: 8-11 December More than 70 installation projects light up squares, parks, monuments, landmark buildings, roads, bridges and scenarios at and on the rivers of the city. |
| LUCI: Rencontres de la Lumière – 9 december The global organization LUCI arranges ‘Rencontres de la Lumière’ – an opportunity for urban light specialists from all around the world to come together. |
Lysets Dag
The 16th November 2011 Lysets Dag or Day of the Light is held in Copenhagen for the fifth time.
With this year's theme entitled Light & Atmosphere, Danish Lighting Center wishes to focus on the qualities of light that can not be estimated or measured, but hopefully can be felt and experienced;
Good lighting emphasizes mood, atmosphere and space.
Good lighting tells stories and asks questions.
Good lighting is in dialogue with the user and awakens emotions.
Know-how, Show-how - innovative samarbejdsmuligheder
